Club bookings/Group bookings:

If you're with a club or a group of friends and you all want to camp together it is really important you let us know. There is a box you can fill out when booking, please add this information to this box so we can do our best to allocate you all together.

To ensure we are able to camp you all together, we strongly recommend that you all book your tickets/pitches around the same time and state clearly in the booking process that you wish to camp together. Quoting a club name or group name/surname is very useful. It can be difficult to site groups of friends together if there is a long time between bookings, or if some members forget to state they wish to camp as part of your group. We do our very best to put everyone together, but if they are not booked around the same time we can't guarantee it.
If you are a big group and have further requirements, please contact us directly – info@oktoberfestuk.com

Additional information on the fields and pitches:

Please note that we use a different pitch numbering system to the River Dart pitch numbers.

Riverside 1:
Pitches in Riverside 1 are some of the closest pitches to the main areas. All the pitches are on grass, 8 of which have Electric Hook-up

Riverside 2:
Pitches in Riverside 2 are a mixture of large double electric pitches along the road and single pitches that back onto the woods. All the pitches are on grass, the toilet/shower block and play park are opposite pitch 207 and the kids pump track is accessible either side of pitch 218 and 227

Riverside 3:
Pitches in Riverside 3 are a mixture of large double electric pitches along the road or single pitches that back onto the woods. All the pitches are on grass, the toilet/shower block and play park are opposite pitches 301 - 303 and the kids pump track is accessible to the side of pitch 330

Woodlands:
Pitches in Woodlands are always in high demand and thought to be some of the nicest pitches on site. Some are on grass and some have hardstanding. You can identify the ones with hard standing from the map as they have a grey area within the pitch which is a continuation of the road.

Village Green:
Pitches in Village Green are a mixture of double electric pitches along the road, single electric pitches with hard standing or single non electric pitches. Most of the pitches are on grass except for pitches 567 - 571. Village Green is in the heart of the site, well located to get to all areas.

Meadows:
Pitches in the Meadows field are a mixture of double electric pitches and double non electric pitches. Most of the pitches are on grass except for pitches 642 - 644. Meadows is close to a toilet/shower block in a nice, secluded spot at the top of the site, but is still close to the main bar and restaurant area.

Lower Riverside:
Camping in Lower Riverside is unallocated. So, just rock up and find a nice spot.
Lower Riverside is really close to the big kids adventure playground, rope swing, pirate ship and high ropes.
It's also an area popular with clubs. If you are part of a club make sure you add your name when you book and we'll save you a space.
Not suitable for caravans and big motorhomes.

The Picnic Meadow:
Pitches in the Picnic Meadow are all on grass. The toilet/shower block is in the middle of the field on the right-hand side as you go in by the stream.
There are 59 pitches with EHU. These run around the edge of the Picnic Meadow, with a run of pitches through the middle too. The non-electric pitches are unallocated, so unless you have booked as a club, just rock up and find a space.
The Picnic Meadow is the first field on the left as you come through the gates. It's furthest away from the main bar area but really close to all the outdoor activities.

The Walled Garden:
Pitches in the Walled Garden are all on grass. The toilet/shower block is about a 3-minute short walk.
The Walled Garden is tucked away, perfect for quieter camping. There are only 10 pitches with EHU in this field.

Dart View:
This new field is right next to the Picnic Meadow, the main entrance to the park and the river. An open field for unallocated camping with toilets and water and easy access in and out.
Please note that the toilets in this field will be portable toilets. There is no shower block but the Picnic Meadow is just a short walk and has a large shower block and washing facilities.

** Sorry, we cannot accept bookings for single nights.
** DOGS are welcome but must be kept on a lead and under the control of an adult at all times.
